I spent over 20 years in aerospace and defense mastering order management, operations, and systems that keep complex things running without breaking down. Then I realized those same skills — building processes, managing moving parts, creating something that runs itself — were exactly what women like me needed to build income that didn't require trading every hour for every dollar.

So I built it. And then I taught other people how to build it too.
